To our Valued customers:
RE: Materials Surcharge
effective immediately
Due to the ever-increasing
costs of materials used in the manufacturing of our products (brass
and copper alone are up 235% in the last 20 months and 35% this
year) we are forced to increase the prices of our products.
2003 was
our last price increase. By way of the Materials Surcharge we are
able to relieve some of the burden caused by these out of control
material cost increases while we accurately evaluate the prices
of our items.
We thank you for your continued interest in our products,
we are committed to bring you uniquely hand crafted, historically
accurate reproductions of antique furniture hardware, interior
and exterior lighting, door hardware, fireplace accessories and more,
all made in our Pennsylvania plant by tax paying Americans. We
hope this continues to be recognized by our customers as a valuable
way to do business.
Sincerely
William W. Ball, Jr.
